ILM LEVEL 7 CERTIFICATE IN EXECUTIVE COACHING AND MENTORING

Our intent is not only to deliver an outstanding ILM accredited course, but to ensure that participants leave with a practical capability to coach at work, and make a positive impact on their own performance and that of the people they coach.

The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring is regarded as the minimum entry level qualification for individuals wishing to work independently as executive coaches, or for organisational coaching ‘champions’.

This Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring course is delivered in the following way over about an 18-24 week period:

  • Pre and mid-program 1:1’s with the tutor
  • Seven days of workshops (2 + 2 + 2 + 1)
  • Telephone check-ins with the tutor as required
  • 30 hours of workplace coaching practice
  • A portfolio of evidence of learning which includes:

  1. Understanding the context of coaching and mentoring from strategic workplace environment
  2. Undertaking coaching and/or mentoring at a senior level
  3. Reflecting on your own ability to perform effectively as a coach or mentor at a senior level

All workshops are separated by a period of about 6 weeks to allow for structured workplace coaching practice.
