Rosie is a highly experienced executive coach and has been coaching and training leaders and managers for over 25 years, working with a wide range of clients in different industries.
She has always been fascinated by the extraordinary results coaching can achieve and has devoted her career to helping others realise their hidden potential, and become confident, competent, qualified, and successful.

Rosie is a great believer in the power of coaching to create transformational results and enjoys working with organisations, teams, and individuals to integrate a coaching approach into their culture and their ways of working. As a coach, she works particularly with leaders, managers, and coaches at all stages of their careers, to support them in creating strategies for healthy and sustainable success. Her coaching is holistic and focuses on wellbeing as well as achievements and performance. She creates a safe and confidential space for clients to think creatively, without judgment.
Rosie is a strong advocate of the importance of utilizing our personal strengths, and she helps her clients to identify their unique qualities and harness them to help them reach their full potential. Rosie focuses on supporting her clients to become their best selves, achieving personal fulfilment and professional success.
Qualifications
Rosie’s career began with 7 years of Sales and Customer Service management roles within British Airways via their Graduate Programme, before moving into Learning and development and launching her career as an independent coach and leadership consultant. This enabled her to create a good work-life blend as her children grew, and now she particularly enjoys supporting working parents as they balance their career development with their family lives.
