Marc Wicks

A multi-skilled and approachable consultant, leader, advisor, mentor and trainer, Marc delivers dynamic leadership training and team building across all levels of business management.

His personal insights, understanding and experience gained during a unique 32 years of defence experience, enables and assists with the leadership development, implementation and management of strategy, operations, projects and personnel development.

Throughout his military experience, Marc has worked in multi-culturally diverse organisations and been a member of the Command Team within the Royal Marines, the United States Marine Corps and the NATO Headquarters, in the USA.

‍

Marc is an affable and gregarious person who has always managed to galvanise personnel and enable teams to succeed. He leads by example and has vast experience of delivering and developing training, where he always manages to create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning for those in attendance.

Marc has consistently trained, coached and developed personnel to become members of high-performing teams, during his diverse and unique military career and within sporting and business organisations.

‍

During his service in NATO he was responsible for the development, education and training of the NATO Alliance Non-Commissioned Officers. He was selected by the Supreme Allied Commander to fulfil this role from the 28 member nations. Since leaving military service in 2014, Marc has continued to deliver training to apprentices, sporting organisations and leadership teams within many businesses.

He has also worked as an Operations Manager in the Middle East and UK where he has been instrumental in the development of training, organisational strategy, processes, and procedures. This enables him to bring his many experiences to light when working with people.
