Lindsay Wright

 Lindsay is an experienced facilitator and coach who brings energy, empathy, passion, and commitment to every programme she delivers and every client she coaches. She works with leaders, teams, and individuals to develop their strengths, their self-awareness and their authenticity to enable them to resolve the challenges they face.

Lindsay has a background in Corporate Communications. For over 20 years, she has worked both in the consultancy environment and in large global organisations in a variety of sectors; from financial & professional services, to public sector, not-for-profit and latterly in FMCG.

Lindsay effectively uses her unique combination of communications insight and commercial business acumen to deliver business results for her clients.

Her natural facilitation style is challenging but empathetic, and she holds a strong belief that there are few organisational challenges that don’t involve communication at heart. In her Communications Leadership roles. Lindsay, has run busy press offices for major household brands, managed many reputational crisis, managed transformational change programmes, run culture change and CSR programmes, set up and managed internal communications programmes and coached and advised her Board level peers on Communications strategy.
