Lara Roche

Lara combines her 10+ years Board level HR experience with her background in Occupational Psychology, to coach individuals to achieve great outcomes for themselves and the organisations they are part of. She has first-hand experience in senior leadership, people management, and development, along with the professional and personal challenges that can bring. Lara is an expert in coaching people who are making a big leap into new levels, work, or opportunities; or who want to overcome a barrier that is holding them back.

Lara’s impactful coaching style helps people gain new insight and then create practical actions that start to make a difference immediately. She trained in a variety of coaching models, so her coaching is Coachee-centred; utilizing the optimal coaching model and framework for each individual she works with. Lara’s Psychology background also means she helps people to understand not only what may work but also why, and she, therefore, co-shapes with her coachees actions that will work ideally for them. Lara’s coaching is particularly impactful when coaching leaders, aspiring leaders, people balancing work and parenthood, and those aiming to build confidence and overcome imposter syndrome.
