Katie Keith

As a British / Australian Citizen, originally from Sydney, and a thought leader with 20 years’ experience working in financial services, I have extensive experience in leading and coaching individuals and teams to meet organisational goals, think outside the square, and reach their full potential on an international scale.

I am passionate about leading across multiple business communities as the Executive Director for Global Chamber of Commerce UK, where I am focused on bringing to the table my experience of working with leaders across multiple cultures and industries to transform the way they engage in a wider community.

As well as leading the charge with Global Chamber London, I am proud to Head up the B2B Partnerships division for Currencies Direct, a prominent global financial services firm in London, focused on supporting international business manage currency risk.

In parallel to maintaining my corporate roles and responsibilities, I work collaboratively in partnership with Coaching Focus and other Management Consultancies to support Leaders on their change journey.

My approach to coaching is relational, co-creative and personable. I am completely focused on providing a safe and confidential space for my coachees to explore opportunities and reflect on what is possible. The way I work involves using psychodynamic principles to support real change and create a safe working environment, this is in parallel to other executive coaching focused exercises and strategic practices to support the coachees to reach their potential and succeed within a system or individually.
