Jan is a training and coaching consultant, facilitator and qualified coach, specialising in leadership, coaching, mentoring, sales, and service. She is passionate about helping people learn and develop their true potential. She is passionate about helping people grow, identifying and nurturing their ability to perform to the best they can be. Her coaching, consultancy, and delivery of projects to a wide portfolio of clients has been received with consistently positive feedback and references. She held senior sales and service leadership roles at British Airways in the UK and US, helping teams and individuals to drive organisational performance. She studied Human Resource Management at Leicester University which she has practically applied working with clients across the globe.
