Emma Bell-Davis

Emma is a coach and facilitator who combines a personable approach with extensive experience in the energy and voluntary sectors in several executive roles.  She has led teams through significant transformations, mapped out strategic direction, developed international business, developed people, planned succession, implemented large scale change strategies and had P&L accountability.  She has experience in leading Commercial Teams, which saw her lead the creation of business workflows focussing on bid preparation, risk management, legal contract review, sales negotiations, HSE reviews, and subcontractor management.  In addition she has had a global remit for continuous improvement working across business lines to identify pinch points and suggest improvements.   

She is passionate about supporting people and teams through challenging times. She has an inquisitive mind and derives great pleasure in helping people to make their lives more enjoyable and easier in the workplace. Her kind, caring approach combined with stretching, challenging and inquisitive mind will steer her clients to their best outcomes. 

Emma has a number of voluntary and non-executive positions which have enabled her to utilise her valuable transferable skills outside the energy sector. She volunteers as a board member for CMI Wales regional board. She also sits on the advisory board for a number of new start-up businesses through BeTheBusiness, this experience has allowed her to impart her business knowledge and experience to a small start-up businesses and help them to navigate the challenges that they are facing.

Emma’s skillset is focused on leading and managing large teams through transformations on cultural shifts, financial rebalancing and responding to the market by making strategic shifts. Her coaching approach has allowed teams to find solutions to the challenges they faced and grow themselves with her support.

Emma’s coaching practice focuses on helping people during pivotal times. This includes working with people as they step up to leadership roles, step back into work after a break or are thinking about their career direction. She has experience in working across a range of professional services including FMCG, private consulting, charity& NGO’s, higher education, hospitality sectors, retail, and public sector(NHS). She coaches C-suite, directors, functional heads, senior managers and future leaders.
