“I was lucky enough to be coached by Emily whilst going through some major personal and professional changes in my life. Not only is Emily kind, professional and incisive, but she really helped me to organise my thoughts and focus on the key areas that needed development.”

“Emily delivered executive coaching for one of Splash Foundation's programme managers on a pro bono basis. She showed exceptional skill in supporting my colleague to navigate personal and professional challenges. Emily was thorough in her approach, asked searching questions, and was able to develop a deep, trusting connection. Thank you for all your support for my colleague and for Splash.”
Simon Holliday, Chief Development Officer & Co-Founder
“I couldn't have been any luckier with my first coaching experience. Having Emily as my coach was such a good fit for me. I had few expectations starting out with my coaching sessions but in the first conversation she allowed me to see clearly that the story I was telling myself about a particular professional issue was double sided and once I could see the other side it became easier to create a clear strategy moving forward. I would recommend working with Emily whole heartedly if you need to create space and clarity for decision making.”
Dee O’Neill, Business Owner & Managing Director
"Through gentle yet insightful observations and questions, Emily helped me turn my midlife crisis-ravaged life around. Together, we plotted a course away from my entrenched career dissatisfaction towards a place of happiness, which now extends to all aspects of my life. I even sleep through the night! Emily has a warm, friendly, empathic manner which enabled me to, in each session, uncover solutions that had been hidden from me for too long. I can’t recommend her highly enough."
