Coaching Style and Expertise
David has a fundamental belief that people can be the best version of themselves, at work and in their personal lives, and enjoys helping them achieve this goal. Enthusiasm, determination and respect for the individual help to shape his coaching style, which balances positive challenge with a sense of care and concern for the individual. Helping his clients to achieve their goals never fails to inspire him. He enjoys working with people who have diverse ways of looking at life and who may think differently to himself.

Coaching has become a passion, working with leaders across a broad range of organisations. He has worked for several blue-chip organisations including DHL (supply chain), P&O (logistics) and most recently, as Head of Learning and Development with Aggregate Industries/Holcim (construction, engineering). David has continually developed himself as a coach during this time, becoming formally qualified as an executive coach and mentor. "David's coaching style is supportive, and also challenging and direct at times, which I like. He is prepared to listen to my ideas, and also push me harder and further than I probably would have considered on my own. We always finish each session with clear action plan for me to work on, and he is prepared to get involved between sessions if necessary, to talk things through the progress I am making" Operational Director, Construction Sector
