Anne-Louise Pemberton

Anne-Louise is passionate about supporting and helping others. She works with clients who are managing change, seeking direction, looking to build resilience and reach their potential.

Using honesty, good humor and perception, she addresses self-belief; helping clients have the confidence to regain equilibrium. Anne-Louise works globally with different cultures and sectors to successfully deliver both executive and business coaching, as well as facilitating key business initiatives and leadership  programmes.

Using a range of tools (including VIA Strength and MBTI personality Inventory, Motivational Interviewing, DISC & EI), combined with mental health well-being and mindfulness techniques Anne-Louise has a warm and practical approach which has produced great results for her clients.

She works to create a safe, supportive, and reflective environment to help move clients from where they are now to where they want to be. With a gently challenging, creative and explorative style, the emphasis is personal, with the client always placed at the centre of the conversation.

Anne-Louise works with clients to help them change, develop, and improve individual or organisational performance. Using accepted and established psychological principles, she helps clients to better understand their personal impact, contribution, how to be more responsible, focused and to communicate more effectively to achieve great outcomes.

As an executive coach, Anne-Louise has worked with colleagues and senior team  members at Tesco, BT, Bank of Ireland, Department for Education and  Barnardo’s. She has also worked with NHS colleagues, as a senior consultant in multiple sectors and is a registered coach with the SE NHS Leadership hub.

As a Learning and Development professional, Anne-Louise is a founder member of The Safer Recruitment Consortium (of whom she has represented at DFE consultation level), a senior trainer with The Lucy Faithful Foundation, and regularly delivers workshops for The Independent Schools Bursars Association.
