The Advent calendar is a cherished Christmas tradition, which marks the days leading up to Christmas, where children receive small sweets to count down the days to Christmas.

Day 1: Goal-Setting

Encourages clients to keep a daily or weekly journal to reflect on their experiences, thoughts, and feelings. This tool aids in self-awareness and personal growth.
Day 6: Action Planning
This tool helps clients break down their goals into actionable steps. It often includes timelines, resources needed, and potential obstacles, guiding clients towards achieving their objectives.
Day 7: Feedback Model
A structured approach to giving and receiving feedback. Standard models include the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) or the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) model. Please remember that feedback is critical to learning - you should be aware of it.
Day 8: GROW Model
A popular coaching framework consists of four stages: Goal setting, Reality checking, Options, and Way Forward (what will be done). It's used to structure coaching conversations effectively.
